ABOUT US
Matthew and Erin first met while working for separate divisions of a large national title company. Upon getting married the following year, they began working together and continued to do so until Erin left title in order to go back into the sales side of the real estate industry. Working together has always come easy to them, as they pride themselves on conducting business with the same mindset; which is providing exceptional customer service that is unparalleled in the industry.
In late 2018, Matthew and Erin decided to join forces once again and The Linn Team was created The Linn Team prides itself on providing the highest levels of communication while including the latest technologies designed to help you with your real estate needs. Ultimately, their goal is to provide a rewarding experience and build lasting relationships with their clients whether that be through leasing, buying, or selling.

Matt Linn
Matthew entered the real estate industry in 2006 after earning a B.A. from Baylor University with a double major in Real Estate and Business Administration. He started his career in the real estate industry by joining a national title company. In his first 2 years, he worked through various positions within the company as part of the management training program prior to moving into sales and eventually into sales leadership. Matthew’s sales program focused on training real estate professionals to become as successful as they chose to be. He has trained hundreds of professional sales people over his career. After 12 years in the title industry, Matthew decided to take his education, experiences, and skill sets into becoming a real estate agent. He joined Erin in 2019 and they formed The Linn Team. In his free time, Matthew spends time with his family enjoying everything that the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Erin Linn
Erin was born and raised in The Woodlands, a suburb of Houston. Since moving to Austin in 2007, she has worked in various aspects of real estate. She began as a sales and marketing coordinator for a large real estate team in Austin, Texas while also working with an individual agent as an assistant and transaction coordinator. Upon graduating from Texas State University in 2009, Erin decided to switch gears and enter another side of real estate: the title industry. This lead her on a 7-year career in varying aspects of title; from sales and marketing, to becoming a licensed Escrow Officer ultimately closing with some of the top producing escrow teams in Austin. Erin feels that her time spent as an Escrow Officer taught her invaluable lessons. Not only has she gained experience in working with all types of clientele, but also knows how to handle some of the more difficult situations that can sometimes arise in real estate transactions. With her first child on the way and her parents’ custom home building business growing, Erin decided to make the move out of the title industry back into real estate sales. Her passion in real estate is providing a customer experience that is unparalleled in the real estate industry by combining her knowledge of the industry with excellent customer communication. Erin and her husband reside in the Canyon Lake/Spring Branch area and enjoy spending quality time with their two children and two four-legged-children.
